Mutual Way Development & Construction

MUTUAL WAY DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD.(MWDC) (Company No. 49977-X) was incorporated in Malaysia on 16th August 1979. MWDC commenced operations (with a Granite Crushing Plant) in Menglembu, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Malaysia. The initial output capacity was 550 MT/Hr. In year 2002, the Menglembu Crushing Plant expanded production to 1,000 MT/Hr and a year later in 2003, the combined output exceeded 1,250 MT/Hr. In year 2007, we again introduced an additional Jaw Crusher to the Menglembu Plant, thereby expanding to 4 Primary Jaw Crushers. MWDC operates three production lines in Crushing Plant and its Monthly Production exceeds 150,000 MT of Granite Aggregates. Our Rock Aggregates and Silica Sand produced from this crushing and sizing plant are widely distributed within the central region of Peninsular Malaysia while our Feldspar products are exported overseas.

The subsidiary companies are actively involved in mining and processing of Industrial Minerals, Limestone Quarrying, Ready-Mixed Concrete, Calcium Carbonate Powder, Chicken Grit, Tin Ore Mining, Asphaltic Premix and other related industrial, building and construction raw materials. We also deal in other mineral products by importing industrial minerals and mineral chemicals such as Sodium Xanthate, Resins and Pine Oil. In year 2006-2007, our company invested in 2 additional Ball Mills, a medium sized Jaw Crusher from Shanghai, a 30 inches Impact Crusher and a Hexagon Fine Powder Separator.

The company commenced production of Granite Aggregates in 1979. The Granite Quarry is located in Menglembu, Perak Darul Ridzuan. It is 100% owned by Wan Holding Sdn. Bhd. and the quarry itself cover more than 350 acres or 141.64 hectares. Mutual Way Development & Construction operates four production Crushing Plant and its Monthly Production exceeds 180,000 MT of Granite Aggregates with latest DH16-54 Earth Technica Gyratory Cone Crusher installed in April 2012.
